-- Media Control -- add an option to load fav tracklist

Hi,

I would like to see in the plugin -- Media Control -- an option that we can activate or not, a default playlist ( .3mu , .wpl ) loading at startup.

I'm on a fresh Win XP installation due to a major HD problem and it was a world between having TLB or not.
I suggest to all to export their TLB Toolbar to have a backup if shit appen whit the computer (i.e. don't have to re-enter all the xml link)
