Run as Admin getting stuck in submenu.

I'm running TLB version 4.1.2beta on Vista Ultimate 32bit.

If I create a shortcut to run a program as Administrator in a 2nd level submenu the UAC popup gets stuck in a minimized state. This doesn't happen with the same shortcut directly on the Toolbar or in the 1st Submenu level.

Can anyone else duplicate this?

The problem I reported earlier has been fixed with TLB 4.1.3 RC. However there still remains one issue when launching a program by right clicking and selecting "Run as administrator".

Also this happens at top level menus.
