Docking or fixed location

This is the best program I have ever used. Thank you. I would like to see a feature added, though. I am using it at the bottom of the screen not docked with caption bar turned off and made as small as I can while keeping all of the icons visible. However, if I dock it to the bottom, it goes full screen wide. Is there any way we can snap it to an edge without it going full wide? Also, can there be a way to fix a location on the screen? Maybe a lock feature when it's not docked? Attached is an example of what I'm doing...

Unfortunately this is impossible right now. TLB this is only content of toolbar. The toolbar itself is from shell. Some of thing I can control (like caption), but many things stay inaccessible for me

It seems the time has come to write standalone TLB
In this case I'll control everything
