I'm not sure this is a true bug, but it is a definite annoyance for me. I'm running the latest version of TLB on Windows XP - 64 (also occurs on XP - 32) with a auto hide windows taskbar located left side of the display (vertical). TLB is used as docked toolbar (i.e. replacing the normal Quick Launch bar).

Now for the annoyance. I have a row of folders. All but the one to the farthest right open the menus below the icon (which is perfect). The one on the furthest right, opens to the right and not below like the others. I've looked and tried different setting, but I have not found a solution.

Try this:
1) Open the menu you want to open below the icon
2) Right-click in menu and select "Customize menu"
3) Set the options:
Docking point: Left-Bottom
Menu align: Left-top
