4.2.7 RC3 Causes explorer.exe crash on Vista x64 SP1

Updated to RC3 earlier today and rebooted only to come back to a black screen. :cry: Disabled tlb.dll by renaming the file then rebooting and all was fine.

Tried to enable tlb from an all ready running desktop and explorer.exe hangs with a cross-thread deadlock given as the reason.

Let me know what to do to help troubleshoot this. For now I've reverted to RC2
