IBM Thinkpad T41 laptop
Windows XP Pro SP3
IBM Access Connections installed
TLB version 4.3

When the wireless monitor plugin is installed Explorer crashes and cannot be restarted. No task bar, no Start Menu, etc. Error in Windows error log shows crash source as Explorer.exe faulting module tlb.dll version 4.3.0.0 fault adress 0x000dc977

Must restart in safe mode and uninstall wireless monitor before Explorer will run again.

Thank you for bug report. Is the Wireless monitor on the toolbar or in the menu?
