Any changes I make to the Title font (font, size) dont work, although the caption font does. Any ideas?

Sorry. I just found it. Title font size is controlled by StyleXp (small, medium, or large). I think I,ll remove StyleXP if I can't get around it.

Titles in this case are text on separators.
I guess you mean the font of menu items text. TLB uses standard font/size. You can change it in the display properties on Appearance tab (click Advanced button).
