Standalone Toolbar click tab to display not working when first loaded in windows 10

I have a standalone toolbar setup to autohide and show with hotkey or click tab. When I load the standalone toolbar (auto loads with windows but crashes out randomly requiring restart)
the first time I try accessing it the click tab doesn't display, I have to use the hot key to open it. After that the click tab appears and opens the toolbar ok.
Standalone toolbar contains mailmon, rssfeed, uptime, drivespace, and CD Control plugins

The event log contains an entry whenever it crashes:

The event log says about crash of Main Monitor plugin (mailmon.dll).
