TLB appears as Quick Launch Bar

This is probably a ###### question, but the icons in TLB are appearing as a standard Quick Launch bar (horizontally) rather than being tiled vertically in a menu. Is there some option or windows setting causing this? I am running XP Pro.

Hm... all right on screenshot... You cannot create menus on toolbar? If so just right-click toolbar and select New->Menu, enter the name of menu and drag icons/shortcuts into created menu.

Grab the right taskbar handle and slide it to the left. The icons will appear on vertical menu then.
