Width of taskbar when TLB on right of screen

I can't seem to figure out how to make the taskbar slimmer when I place it on the right of my screen. I'd like to make my icons smaller on TLB but the taskbar padding is too thick. Not sure if this is something that can be done in TLB or not. I sure don't see a setting.

Sorry, I don't know the way to make taskbar thinner on Windows 10. Looks like MS set the minimum width into fixed value
