Cannot Correctly Place Torn-off Menus that Collapse/Expand

I have TLB toolbars with many menus. If I set a menu to torn-off, it becomes located on the desktop exactly where it would have been, if it had emerged from the toolbar (without being torn off). I call this its "original place."

I can move the torn off menu around the desktop. If I give it a title and set it to Expand/Collapse, the torn-off menu moves back to its original place. This happens whether or not the menu is "pinned" to its current location.

I do not want this. I want the menu to stay where I have put it, whether I choose to collapse it or expand it.

I know about this bug. It will be fixed in the next version.

PS. I plan to released the next version during this week.

This problem is not 100% fixed. Now the torn-off menu does not return to its original place, but it still moves to a different location, about an inch to the left, whenever I collapse it. Then, it remains in that new position, no matter how many times I expand or collapse it. So I can get the torn-off menu to stay where I want it by initially placing it one inch to the right of where I want it. So the problem is like 98% fixed.
