My True Launch Bar hot keys don't work until a popup menu is selected the first time after a restart. As soon as I hover over or click a popup menu (any icon on True Launch Bar) the hot keys will work for that entire windows session.

OS: Microsoft WinXP Pro v5.1.2600 Service Pack 1
IE: 6.0.2800.1106
Shell: 6.0.2800.1233
TLB version: 2.2.0.7
