When the toolbar starts when Windows 11 boots, a panel appears that lets me choose where it should be placed. Also, the default is Top, not Bottom, as I'd like. I can't figure out how to make the toolbar start at the bottom of the screen. Also, the toolbar doesn't start full-length or locked; I have to manually extend and lock it. Are there any settings I can use? Huh
