Upon booting up this morning after NEVER having a prob w/TLB I find that all the standard menu items (including folders but NOT seperators) have duplicated themselves. What's up?

Do you use plugins? Is this happens after every reboot or not? Does REFRESH toolbar solve the problem?

Thanks for the quick response. However now, after rebooting at least once today, everything is OK. Don't know what happened, but it's fine now.
