Welcome to the Free Launch Bar bugs forum. If you find a bug in Free Launch bar, please post it here. Before you post, be sure to do a Search of the forum first just in case it's already been reported.

To get the information we need, please do the following;

Right-click Free Launch Bar, click on FLB Settings... and then click on About. Note the following information;

• Free Launch Bar version[/list:u]
  Next, click System Information and make a note of;
  • Operating System (including service pack information)
    
  • Shell version
    
  • IE version[/list:u]
    Finally, click OK or Cancel to close the settings dialog and post the information into a new topic in this forum and make sure you include any other useful information such as screenshots, etc.
    
    The more information you can give us in the first post, the quicker we can get onto the problem. Thanks!
