Dock and set toolbar width

I was able to mimic the look of the osx dock (somewhat) using TLB. However, the TLB isn't docked, it's at "window" status w/o the toolbar title showing. I was wondering, maybe in the next release if you could allow an option for the TLB to be docked and have a width set by the user. Mainly i am after this 1) for the size limited and 2) when the TLB or the start menu is docked you can say "auto-hide," but you can't do that with a window.
