Normally we have three TLBs operating. We closed two of them then ended and restarted Explorer. The two TLBs re-appeared. They do not seem to stay closed. We tried a reboot and the toolbars still re-appeared. The one remaining TLB is the main one in the Taskbar.
Another bug is that upon closing one of the TLBs kept the actual background bar on the screen without any plugins. At this point a click on it resulted in no context menu and no action possible.
EDIT: After a second reboot the TLBs stay closed.
