Usually the first number indicates the start position measured (in pixels) from the left.
The second number is the start position measured (in pixels) from the top.
The third number is the stop position measured from the left.
The fourth number is the stop position measured from the top.
You can use this information and experiment around more now. Try rect = 0 72 45 60 for the Humidity and rect = 20 72 45 60 for the Conditions.
