The key for TLB version 3.2 you need "very long" key with 6 text lines. If you can't to register TLB with this key please contact me by email (<!-- e --><a href="mailtoConfusedupport@tsoftcentral.com">support@tsoftcentral.com</a><!-- e -->). I'll send your key in the text file.
