I have some reports with bug during version 3.2.13 installation.
Install version 3.2.13 then download this file:
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://download.truelaunchbar.com/test/tlb-test-13.zip">http://download.truelaunchbar.com/test/tlb-test-13.zip</a><!-- m -->
and replace tlb.dll with file from tlb-test-13.zip
run the command:
regsvr32.exe "c:\program files\truelaunchbar\tlb.dll"

If this command show error message let me know.
