I'm using 3.2.13 RC1 and I now have lost my Upper tool bar.......

Bug report submitted.......

When I re-boot, the upper tool bar does not appear.........

I then re-launch, and drag the bar up to the top......It stays there until I re-boot.......

Appears to be a bug.....
