you can make a shortcut to device manager with tlb
on windows2000:
device manager:
make shortcut to c:\WINNT\system32\devmgmt.msc
and place shortcut in tlb.
system properties:
make shortcut to
C:\WINNT\system32\control.exe Sysdm.cpl, System,1
on win98 / me:
i dont know as i dont have those operatiing systems, if
you can try it out please write it below
