I guess this bug can be fixed by changing the context menu template into "Without Shell/Button" (TLB Settings->Context menu)

Also please can you post here the screenshot of the context menu from the explorer. And comment every nonstandard item (what app created this menu item)

I guess the problem with some shell extension. And I can try to find it with your help.
