the result of using the normal version of true launch bar

the result is similar to using the private build 1.24

i install it and attempt to use it however upon appearin on my task bar an error message pops up

"AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2600.0 ModName: tlb.dll
ModVer: 1.1.0.17 Offset: 00004b00"
