transperancy changing the whole taskbar transparency

I dont know if this is a bug or what it is and i tried looking in the settings and couldnt find anything. I have windows vista and when i change the transparency for truelaunchbar it changes the whole taskbar and i dont want that cant it just change the transparency for truelaunchbar? When i leave truelaunchbar to no transparency it makes the taskbar look like its in basic and not aero and when i take the truelaunchbar off the taskbar it changes back to aero. Basically what im tryin to do is just change the transparency for truelaunchbar and not the whole taskbar. When i do use transparency from truelaunchbar it changes everything on the taskbar like the icons, the clock and the tray icons. I tryed searching threw the forums to find a answer for this but i couldnt find one and if there is one can you send me the forum link and delete my post. If you could help me out with this i would really appreciate it thanks.
