I noticed that 1.2.7 RC3 has sluggish menus, I have the background load feature on but it is really sluggish compared to the old 1.2.3 version I was using.

It seems when I use the menu explorer.exe goes to 100% and hangs there for awhile.


I'll try going back a version and see if that fixes it.
