Whenever I reboot or log off and on in XP, my TLB toolbars revert to some earlier version. The widths and placement of the toolbars (docked to left and right edges) are not maintained. For example, I have 5 columns of toolbar docked to the left edge (autohide). Upon reboot or relogon, it changes to one column with the 5 toolbars stacked horizontally.

In sum, the settings are not getting saved. And it is almost impossible to reconfigure the toolbars into 5 columns. Often, the program refuses to make more than 3 columns, if I drag a toolbar to the leading edge of the toolbar block. And, as I have reported earlier, there is no way to control the widths of the toolbars, which seem to change at random.
