As i said earlier i dont face any issues if i right-click on empty area of taskbar or even when i enable or right-click on other bars like WIanmp deskband, wmp11 bar etc.

Only issue is with TLB.

yeah we can chat on IM but i'm only on Yahoo and Gtalk.
