If you attempt to rename a shortcut, but all you're changing is the case, the rename won't take hold.

For example; renaming "MY SHORTCUT" to "My Shortcut" doesn't work.

Work around: rename "MY SHORTCUT" to "MY SHORTCUT X" and then to "My Shortcut".
