Spanish Translation for TLB v7.1

I've update the translation tools files. There are the strings for the latest version of the plugins and TLB.

I traslate some plugins but they are not recognized. I'm on TLB 5.6.

When you make some changes or translate new plugin, you have to switch TLB to the English and then back to the Spanish. If you don't have the Spanish language in the TLB Settings, then check if the xml files are exists in the folder:
C:\Program Files\TruelaunchBar\langs\<langid>\

Also the localization of the plugins is not working without localization of the TLB itself. You can just translate one string and save the project to make Spanish language available.
