How to make this? Just open attached .reg file to make needed changes in the registry. Then open explorer from menu View->Toolbars select True Launch Bar. You will see TLB but it opens in std Quick Launch folder. Right-click on any button (context menu on empty space of toolbar does not working) open TLB Settings, go to the Toolbars tab and using Activate button switch to needed toolbar.
Note #1: If you do not have any button on toolbar just drag&drop any shortcut there
Note #2: You can also open True Launch Bar in the Internet Explorer. But there are one restriction: Inside Internet Explorer True Launch Bar does not save the folder path after restart. So you can use only std Quick Launch folder.
Hope somebody find this feature useful, like me
