Skin preview causes TLB to crash when skin has large content margins.

combined left/right contentmargins of 194 or more in a skin crash TLB when the skin is previewed. e.g. contentmargins = 100, 100, 20, 20

When the skin is selected using TLB Settings the workaround is to simply not preview the skin. But when the skin is selected using Customise Menu/Submenus (which always show the preview) TLB crashes every time.
