Menu Background color not working - Possible conflict with Display Set

We did click on the "Menu Text Color" icon and the color selection did pop up. We then clicked on another color besides the current color and nothing happened.
Are you running TClock? 'Cos I'm having the same problem as you. I'm unable to select custom colors for the menus.

But the good part is that, after a little testing, I found that exiting TClock restore things to their normal behavior. Looks like the two apps are clashing in some way.
