Menu Color bug

Something strange is happening with the computer.

The file sent was not the setup.ini. We clicked Windows Explorer>View>Folder Options>View>Show all files and made sure we already were showing "Show all files". There was no setup.ini showing under TLB folder. and lo and behold THERE IT IS! The missing setup.ini file! It still does not show in Explorer, though! Hmmmph!?! Anyway here is the file:
