Yes, I figured this out also... however, it would seem that the shortcut functions ok while a disk is in the drive and has been detected by Windows, but on my install, if I click that shortcut when a disk is not in the drive, or has not been 'spun up' yet, the shortcut displays that error, and will continue to display that error despite having a disk in the drive. Rebooting also has no effect.
