True Launch Bar v2.2.0.9 beta - has been released

Yuri the memory leak is still not fixed! explorer.exe still goes up to 86% (or more) usage when TLB is running.

Do you say about memory leaks or CPU usage? These are different things. To fix CPU usage try:
1) delete plugins buttons from toolbar. This maybe the bug of plugin
2) TLB can incorrectly handle virtual folders. Try to delete them one by one maybe you will find buggy folder
3) Remove all buttons from TLB and add them one by one to find the button that cause 86% CPU usage.
