Manage toolbars has small anomaly

If I right click and choose switch toolbars then choose manage toolbars the link does not always go to the toolbars option screen but goes to the last selected option screen. This can be confusing.

I think manage toolbars should always go to toolbars options screen in True Launch Bar settings.
