There's a problem positioning tooltips, as illustrated by the attached screenshot.
I've got 2 monitors, and the tooltip doesn't take into account that the screen heights are different. The screen on the left is primary @ 1280x1024 and the right hand screen is 1024x768. They are positioned this way in the display properties dialog, and have been reproduced here with HyperSnap.
BTW, I'm using the version of TLB from the XP SP2 thread. :0
