Can you give us the following information:

Right-click True Launch Bar, click on TLB Settings... and then click on Registration.
  • TLB Version
  • Registered or Demo version[/list:u]
    And then click System Information:
    • Operating System (including service pack information)
    • Shell version
    • IE version[/list:u]
