Please can you send me (<!-- e --><a href="mailtoConfusedupport@tsoftcentral.com">support@tsoftcentral.com</a><!-- e -->) backup of your toolbar?
Toolbar folder can be found here:
C:\Documents and Settings\<account name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

ZIP all files (including hidden) from this folder and send zip to me. I'll try to reproduce your bug.
