Menu PopUps: On Mouseclick Only...?

Popup menu on mouse hover - this is the option you are looking for. But only if you tell about the first level menu.
--This was unchecked, I don't want anything to pop up on mouse hover

auto-open first level menu - turn off this option if you want always to open first level menus by mouse click

custom submenu show delay - this the delay for submenus. BTW what number do you set there?

--It was either set to 100,000 or 1,000,000 -- don't remember exactly. Going down to 10,000 seems to stick, haven't had it reset after a few reboots.

Basically, I want to set it so that nothing opens or pops up on it's own, it all requires a mouseclick...
