Beta 1.2 Show Arrow on Menu not working

In 1.2 beta, the Setttings|Menu Appearance|Show arrow on menu button check box appears to have no effect.

Checking/unchecking this option does not enable the "Apply" button.

Also, after install reboot, the unregistered version of TLB, had no arrows on my main toolbar (which is the the way I like it)

After I registered TLB, the arrows appeared under each icon & I can not get them to go away (per the reported problem above)
