The first bug Sad Sorry
As temporary solution right-click on empty space of TLB select Open. The folder with shortcuts opened. Find setup.ini file and open it. String ShowArrowInMenu=1 and replace it to ShowArrowInMenu=0
After reopen TLB arrows dissapear.
Unfortunately they appear again if you change something inside TLB Settings dialog box Sad
