By plugin, my wants are:

Command Line
User configurable fonts in cmdlinskin.ini
Aliases & Shortcuts displayed as default tooltip content

Drive Space
Please, please, please make it skinable!

Mail Monitor
Drag and drop adding of email addresses to categories (e.g. friends, spam).
Option to turn off warning dialogs.
User configurable font/colour/position/style for email number.

System Monitor
Same reply as for Drive Space. Please, please, please make it skinnable!

TLB Clock
Multiple digits.png file support.
Optional prefix of 12hr display with zero. e.g. Show "01" instead of "1".

Weather Monitor
Support for multiple digits.png files.
Allow all parameters to be text OR graphical.
Parsing conversion to text for HTML characters (e.g. &amp, &deg, etc.).

Sure, more will come to me, but it's a start!
Back once again...
