Ok here's the zip. Use this URL http://www.dhs.gov/dhspublic/display?theme=29 to add in the URL and the providersdhs.ini file goes into the Providers Directory.

Have fun, it's a good little learning curve. Enjoy. Oh i like 24x24 icons, they're much more pleasant. : )
