1) Install the news reader plugin
2) Add it on toolbar/menu (right-click New->News Reader)

News reader will come with some RSS feeds, if you don't want then right-click the channel and select Delete.

To add new RSS feed, press "Add new channel" menu item in the News Reader menu, enter URL of the feed and press Next. Also you can drop the URL from the browser into News Reader menu.

How to find the RSS feed URL:
1) Find the button RSS on the web page (look on the top of this page, you'll see the RSS for this forum)
2) Press "Show RSS" button in your browser to view feed and its URL
