I have brought this issue before too but still no guaranteed solution from your sides. :roll:
I'm a system administrator. My pc isnt infected by any viruses or anything. Nor the registry has any issues. & all is updated.
Whenever i install tlb for first time on XP Pro it works like charm. But after some days when i create new users (administrators or local), theres no TRUE LAUNCH BAR... option present for them. Instead when users right click on taskbar they just get Quick launch bar option and if they again try, it goes on giving multiple Quick launch bar options. Refer to images.
In context menu i have selected Without Shell/button but still no use.
What is affecting its functionality after a while?
I just need to keep re-installing windows xp. Even my friends are facing same problem.
I have genuine licensed xp and all licensed softwares.
What finally you answer to this?
