Create function to add CD-ROM buttons: open and close CD-ROM.
And create buttons turn off pc and restart pc.

Íà ñàéòå åñòü ïëàãèí äëÿ ýòîãî, íî îí ìíå íå ïîíðàâèëñÿ, òàì ïîÿâëÿåòñÿ îêîøêî êàê â 98 windows'å. À ÿ õîòåë ÷òîáû windows ñðàçó âûêëþ÷àëñÿ, à íå îêîøêè çàïóñêàë.
