Hello all 
I have found a neat little program that enables you to minimize any window to the system tray: TrayIt.
As its goal is similar to True Launch bar, uncluttering the Windows taskbar, I thought it'd be a good idea to mention it here.
I've been using it with Windows 2000 Pro and so far it's been working flawlessly. It doesn't use much memory, and as a bonus it's FREE!!
