Yes, I know there are many others such utilities which are better but this one is simple to use and it is free so maybe new users can begin with this one.

Thank you cmishima. I have only one tip about creating screenshots. Windows have built-in feature. To take screenshot of whole screen just press Print Screen key on your keyboard, then open any graphics editor (it can be Paint) and PASTE (CTRL+V) picture there. To take screenshot of active window (menu or dialog box) press ALT+Print Screen.
